December 24, 2014 - On the nose - medium+ intensity with strawberry, mushroom and earth aromas. On the palate - refreshing acidity and some moderate tannin adding to a good texture. Not huge quantities of fruit and a hint of butter, but a style of wine I like. Finishes with a good length.
