December 24, 2014 - Perfectly stored bottle. Dark ruby red in color. Lots of smoke, leather, spice and beef on the nose and palate. I also got some stewed tomatoes and iron on the finish. This developed nicely over the course of two hours and started to fade a little by the end of the night.
