  December 21, 2014 - From memory, beautiful classic cabernet nose, mature, soft and elegant. Top class Saint Julien, still holding up. As the wine gained body after about 2 hours, this vintage of Talbot may continue to shine for several more years (?). Decanting necessary, lots of sediment. Cork completeley saturated.
