  December 30, 2014 - Beautiful, very intense yellow-orange golden colour. On the nose, orange marmalade dominates, but the are also notes of honey and grilled almonds. Full bodied, maybe a little bit too thick (?). Very complex, sweet but somehow also perfectly balanced. Paired with Kouign-amans.
