  December 31, 2014 - Quite expressive initially, yeast and toast mixing with fresh red cherries and red apples. Full bodied, and tightens up with air, becoming quite savoury. A food Champagne if there ever was one. Great power here too, vintage no doubt giving a little extra fruit depth.
