January 3, 2015 - Clear straw yellow color. Full, flowery smell, enjoyable and almost creamy scent. Very balanced and good, full nose. A hint of a honey like scent. Clear acid in good balance with the sweetness on the palate. A little sweeter than 2013 Peter Lauer Kabinett Fass 8 it was tasted against.
