  January 6, 2015 - Same as the first bottle: Medium yellow golden color. The nose has tropical fruit and just a hint of slate. This bottle had a ton of crystals precipitated out of it. I don't know if it's related, but I found the palate to be very soft, missing the acidity it needed to balance the sweet fruit. Nice long finish, but again not enough backbone for the sweetness.
