January 12, 2015 - Pop and pour, this was very disappointing. Drank a glass and found it simple and candied. No mid palate, yada yada. Recorked and put in cellar over night and hoped. Stunning transformation. This was complex. Full bodied. Everything filled out over night. The fruit lowered in depth. Great wine. If you open now, give it lots of air.
