January 20, 2015 - Light gold. Aromas of candied orange, honey and white flowers. Later, some mineral notes emerged. Great acidity and an endless finish. I am not sure whether aged dry Chenin or Sauvignon Blanc is better with dishes with bitter greens, but this was great. I will plan to keep the last two bottles from this case for a few more years.

A few more years means until 2018 or so, doesn't it?
    Cheers!
