  January 25, 2015 - Bright and clear. Fully sparking. Nose was apple, yeast, candied lemon and dried apricots. Palate was apple, tropical fruit and finishing with tangerine. Nice toasty yeasty goodness you expect from Schramsberg. Great acidity and long finish. I wish I had more bottles of this to see how it progresses. Drink now or over the next 15 years. It's that well structured.
