  January 31, 2015 - Green apple, pear, blossoms and gravel at the nose; nice and elegant. Fresh and playful at the onset, medium- bodied, cleanly balanced structure with crisp acids and sweet almost exotic fruit. Excellent match with sushi. Very good wine.
