  February 19, 2015 - Good *pop* on opening; bubbles still fairly numerous. Medium gold colour. Nose and palate showing bruised apples, yeasty/toasted breads, but oxidative notes a bit too dominant. Low end of Brut, nice acidity, great length and complexity. Past its prime for my taste but others were not disturbed by the oxidation and felt it gave the wine more character.
