Community Tasting Note

  February 21, 2015 - Vanilla bubbles with a quince and chalk aroma. Chalky spritz finish that cleared the palate from our clam linguine dinner. Retirement is a ways down the road for me...but if I could have a glass of this every morning with my omelet... all those years of work would be worth it :)
