  February 25, 2015 - This is the first of 5 bottles. Very fragrant nose of dark fruit and chocolate. Smoooooooth! Very complex flavors of blackberry, espresso, pencil shavings, tar, and pulverized stone that support each other without any one overpowering the others. Medium bodied. Delicious. Drinking well. I'm not sure that this will continue to develop much more.
