  February 28, 2015 - Nice attack of ripe berries with sweet yeasty twist. Dry bitterness lingers at the after, which is not bad but too much in terms of balance. Probably this is from unripe pineau d'aunis. Bitternes can be masked if food paring is correct, but anyway difficult to drink on its own.
