There is a bit too much acidity for the fruit but the acidity is well integrated -- tart but not shrill. Far more enjoyable with food but I was left wishing for just a smidge more richness. Probably my fault, not the wines fault. This was far better than it was on release so more time is likely to improve this dramatically. I'd happily drink another glass of this but wouldn't buy another bottle.
