  April 15, 2015 - I have to say it was delicious, dark and filled with the california cassis fruit flavors. Not sweet or caramelly at all. Still, throughout the 3 hour dinner it remained a bit closed (tight) and did not reveal its full potential. A great wine but I will wait to open my second bottle for at least 6 more months.

  8/15/15, 2:02 PM - did not wait quite the 6 months. it was definitely a bit more evolved. But still needs another few months. What surprised me this time was even though the wine had lots of mouth coating legs on the glass the finish was short.
