  April 18, 2015 - We took this out to dinner with another old Napa Cab. Just as I was starting to compliment our young server with how smoothly she was extracting the 30 year old cork it popped out of the bottle followed by a medium shower of undrinkable wine. I guess this qualifies as "bottle was flawed or defective". At least it didn't blow the cork in my cellar and spray crappy Napa Valley wine on my Muscadet.
