  April 18, 2015 - The last of a 6 pack and a joy to watch this wine develop over the years. This wine always surprises as this domaine somehow gets the 100% Grenache nicely concentrated and dense yet maintains its balance. The fruit is on the darker side but remains true to CdP form with garrigue, olives and raspberry. Very nice length and finish. Served blind, guesses got rhone. In a flight with 00 Pegau Reserve. Paired with wild boar shoulder, hoisin, mushroom foam.
