April 25, 2015 - 4th Saturday group "uptown" tasting (Our house): Light color. I knew this was one of the two Genevrieres but not which one. Aromas of citrus, lemon oil and minerals. Stone fruit, spice, lemon and peach on the palate with a terrific underlying minerality. Finishes very well- balanced and long. Absolutely gorgeous.

4/30/15, 6:13 PM - I have one of these. Reason to hold, or is it fully ready to go if I pop sometime this year? TIA.

4/30/15, 9:22 PM - Bill, it is a glorious wine. Right now it is still young- meaning full of citrus and minerality. If you let it go it will show more brioche and orchard fruit and less citrus, and the minerality will soften. So it depends on what you like. I have three left I think, so you and D will certainly taste it again. I guess I'm saying open yours within the year and drink ours thereafter. :)
