  May 2, 2015 - Decanted 40 minutes and enjoyed over 1.5 hours. Abundant fruit, cherries, and pepper. Hot, but not surprising with its youth. A bit of dry mouth. Two left that I will let sleep for a couple of years. Served with seared New York Strip and asparagus.
