  May 27, 2015 - Good bottle.
  Starts to get some age. Dense core. Quite cloudy. Unfiltered. I would say purple core and brick rim.
  When popped and poured the bouquet was very burgundian. Red flowers, red berries, herbs, spices and oak. But with time in the glass (+ 30 min) it builds on some meat and blood, and show more green notes, stalks and leafs. Reminds me of 2004 Burgundy ... so I'm back in Burgundy again ... but after an hour the black olives appears.
  Nice flavours of dark berries, black olives, meat, bacon, herbs. A little green note. Nice medium acidity, firm but soft tannins, integrated and good balance. But the finish is quite short. Nice mouthfill though.
