May 27, 2015 - (Degorged fall of 2014) Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing hazelnuts, mierals and citrus. Youthfully austere but with a wonderful creamy mousse showing a nice fresh fruity mid-palate and with an intensive but rather short finish. Best with 2-4 years extra cellaring.

9/30/15, 5:31 AM - Where do you find the degorge date on the bottle?

10/2/15, 12:46 PM - Hi, mostly it's a qualified quess from my side from when I bought the bottle, how long post-disgorgment they usually have before sale and a look at the cork. if there's information on the bottle I can usually be more specific like with Month/Year usually.

10/3/15, 9:00 AM - Thx for the reply. I have a bottle which I think has been in the cellar for 6-7 years but I'm not sure. I think we got it before starting to use CT anyway. I'll check the cork when it's popped if there's any clue there.
