May 29, 2015 - Yellow mature apples, walnuts, caramel, bread and butter. Elegant and on the same time flirtatious and generous. Light mousse that disappears quickly. Surprisingly much fruit on the palate together with caramel and bread. No sugar added although it feels kind of creamy and almost sweet in the aftertaste. Yellow apples, mango and caramel shining together with a dusty layered minerality. Perhaps a bit short aftertaste with an energetic zing of lemon sorbet. The drinkability is just through the roof and despite it's youth I think there's small fractions of early maturity in there, simply a wonderful Champagne from a very interesting producer. Highly recommended.

It ain't especially crisp and zingy either (apart from the lemontwist I wrote about) so, the best of both worlds perhaps. It needs to be said that I'm not a very experianced Champagne drinker, so take my note for what it is. :) I do think it's a extraordinary wine.
