  June 4, 2015 - Decanted for 20mins - couldn't wait any longer. Deep red with a touch of purple. Bottled showed 13%...
  Sniffed, first taste -umm... what's happening here.... it was a acidic, very acidic.... back to the BBQ. swirled the glass and on the second taste the acid had started to integrate - phew.
  After a couple of hours this was humming. Tannins had subsided and now it was a solid Bordeaux with good fruits of the forest flavours. Strange start but needed some time to settle.
