  June 7, 2015 - Nice bouquet out of the decanter with red berries and a hint of apple. We decanted the wine for an hour prior to dinner. The pinot is lighter than most but has nice medium body with balanced level of acid that rocked with smoked salmon. The wine has has nice sour cherry and raspberry flavors.
