June 30, 2015 - Priorat is ( I think ) often a not elegant wine. Often with some edges . This was perhaps a bit too young to start with , but opened up later. Rustic is the word - but still more elegant than the most Priorat. It was a nice and very GOOD wine and I think a few more years will do the trick.

Do NOT drink a lot Priorat , but it Can be very good. -

6/30/15, 5:25 PM - Dofi is awesome...of course L'ermita is crazy good, but even more crazily priced! We like some of the wines from Penedes as well, particularly Pares Balta!
