  July 26, 2015 - I have always thought Bill's CF was his best wine. We tasted (drank) this before lunch today, it was bottled 3 weeks ago. Needs some time but nicely developed in the barrel and now just give it some bottle time. Not overripe but very intense without being overpowering, very nice acid and tannin structure, great finish.

  1/10/16, 9:03 AM - Do you know if they are selling their 2012 and 2013 CF at the winery yet? I had their 2010 CF. Best CF I ever had.

  1/10/16, 9:26 AM - The current release is the 2011 and it is nearly sold through. They are selling the 2012 either now or very soon. The 2013 I tasted was a bottle he had hanging out from the fall bottling, Bill likes at least a year plus of bottle aging, so look for it around this time next year. I agree about the CF, have made from and tasted plenty of vineyards and his is outstanding.
