  July 27, 2015 - this was the first of a six pack bought from WineBid (via Amazon) -- wondering now if that combo isn't optimal... this wine was disjointed and didn't work for me or my wife, tried over three days and didn't see the great fruit, acid, or minerals that we usually love about the copious amounts of white burg with drink... was surprised, hopefully just an off bottle, 89 might be generous for this specific bottle... never think of bottle shock for young white burgs -- anybody disagree? (we did drink soon after receiving the shipment)

  1/30/16, 1:47 PM - I have a rule that I don't drink red or white bottles for at least one month that have been shipped. No one has confirmed that white is affected too. However, I have twice had white Burgundies shipped 10 days to two weeks before a dinner that came across muted. I now buy bottles earlier and allow them to rest for at least a month.
