  August 2, 2015 - Surprisingly young and fruity. Other notes speak of "classic" Rioja, but my friend and I were struck by its New World ethos. Very good, though not what we expected.
  
  Very fruity nose. Medium-bodied. Very good acidity and well-integrated tannins. On the palate, sour cherries, some tobacco, and other savory notes. Probably has many years left in it.
