August 2, 2015 - Vigorous bead when popped. The fizz calmed down. I liked this a lot. Well balanced, with good structure and nice brioche/apple/citrus flavors. Definitely paired nicely with an assortment of seafood and vegetable dishes. Happy to have a few more. Will probably drink up this disgorgment within a few years.
