  July 28, 2015 - Slow ox for 6-8 hours and changed little during that time. Tasted wonderful right out of the gate. Black currant, blueberry, and graphite. Full mouth feel and lovely texture with excellent balance. Velvety and smooth into a long finish with a hint of anise.
