  August 9, 2015 - Light yellow coloured. A typical hot climate chardonnay nose; fresh white and yellow flowers, and some yellow fruits. But I cannot say same thing on the palate; there is no malolactic and no oak barrel using and so that acidity is really high. I cannot say unbalanced though; it has also a good fruit concentration on the palate. During the finish of the wine, acidity relatively higher and this is affect negatively complete drinking pleasure. Anyway, I like this wine. Even though not complex or big wine, it was made without manipulation and reflects its terroir.
