  August 19, 2015 - Opened and poured. Open nose not overly complex, more subtle, and very enjoyable. Big and lush in the mouth yet still elegant in nature even at its 15.2% ABV. My wife guessed Zinfandel right off the bat, blind. Full bodied, long finish and right up there with some of the better CA Zin producers. Drinking amazingly well now, but can easily go another five years to ten years. My first time with this producer and wine and will definitely look for it in the future.
