  August 24, 2015 - The wine has a slight green hue with medium intensity. The nose is clean with aromatic notes of green apple, stone fruit, and a hint of minerality. On the palate the wine has medium acidity with green apple and stone fruits. This is an off-dry wine with a sweet, clean finish. Still young.
  
  At this time, the wine would pair nicely with cheese fondue or some grilled pork chops.
