September 8, 2015 - A well-made Crianza, savory with some youthful excitement that could take a few years of bottle age. An attractive purple color with damp soil, red berries, and a hint of tobacco on the nose. The palate is invigorating with vibrant acidity and low tannins. It offers raspberry, sour cherry, mushroom, damp soil, a hint of tobacco, and baking spices. The finish is rather short but carries a hint of plum and vanilla.
