  September 29, 2015 - Inky dark ruby red. Dusty nose -- pen ink, cooked dark fruit, secondary licorice and driftwood. After a quick thin start the fruit concentrates mid-palate -- tar, blueberries, black pepper, vanilla. A complex medley of sweet delicious compote with subtle spice and leather notes. A fruitbomb with enough substance to age gracefully and still put out.
