  October 9, 2015 - I am not one to give detailed tasting notes, but this would benefit from more time in the bottle. We opened it for my wife's birthday, and it was very tart and acidic. The nose reminded me of the barrel tastings at Repris, which was great, and I'm sure it will be even better in a couple years.
