  October 26, 2015 - Pop and pour. The wine really needs to be decanted to let it open up some. When I first tasted the wine, it tasted much more like a valley-floor wine vs its true mountain fruit. However after about 60 minutes of the bottle being opened, the fruit really came around and it was a nice bottle of wine. Not much of a finish which was disappointing, but overall a good bottle especially for the price.
