    October 26, 2015 - This is what happens to Tempranillo when you ripen the hell out of it and suffuse it with oak. If you go in for that sort of thing you'll like this a lot. People who rate 50 wines in one sitting tend to rate these things much higher than me. This is not unbalanced, but at almost 15% with dense, chalky tannins, deep, dark fruit and a surfeit of oak, it's like a balance that's achieved with every voice shouting at equal volume.
