October 28, 2015 - An addendum to my prior note. Still very much to like, but this is the first time wine has survived in the bottle to taste on another night. The second night showed the wine hotly and bitterly alcoholic...lesson learned. NO LEFTOVERS!

10/29/15, 4:46 PM - Good question, as I've never noticed it before either. But at least one other note mentions it as well. And this bottle on the first night wasn't showing the burn, it was just a nasty surprise the next evening.
