November 5, 2015 - Pop and pour at a restaurant. This wine deserves decanting. It has a pretty red berry aroma and taste midpalate, with a nice finish. There's a bracing acidity to the wine that mellows over time. Quite nice.

11/5/15, 7:03 AM - So right, this wine opens up so nicely and becomes so much more complex after about 30 minutes of air. I don't typically decant a PN but the last two of these I have, I will. Thank you for the tasting note.
