  November 7, 2015 - Drank a 375ml. Really needs significant time to open. Was very disappointed initially, thought color looked fine but nose was closed and the wine seemed shut down. Didn't wait as long as I should have as after 1.5 hrs it finally came into its own, just in time for the last few sips. Highly recommend a long decant, which I will do for my remaining bottle--and this experience makes me think there's plenty of time left to wait and let it transform further on the rack.
