  November 7, 2015 - Mitt Kök-mässan - Champagne (Älvsjömässan, Stockholm): Light yellow colour. Discrete nose showing pear and citrus. Fresh and smooth palate in a very youthful style showing pears, red apples and with a shorta lemon finish.

  May I ask which date of dégorgée usually printed on the back label?
  In my experience Atala is very good bottle at five years after that date...

  11/9/15, 10:53 AM - This was a fresh bottle, but poured by a waiter by the glass, so I didn't catch the disgorgement date I'm afraid.
