  April 25, 2015 - Oxidized or not oxidized, that was the question. The answer was "slightly oxidized." There was apple, a very slight breadiness, and some nice tertiary components alongside the oxidative notes. Minimal effervescence, but still an enjoyable drink. I'm glad to have tried this, but I think that there are probably better bottles out there.
