  11/28/15, 6:32 AM - I know its too late but if you leave on counter for a couple of days.. it de fizzes and might be great.. I had that with their 2012 Chardonnay, shook a lot, over two days let all the gas out in fridge and became a wonderful wine. I know you hate the fizz but it works with their wines .

  11/29/15, 6:28 PM - I did indeed save it in the cellar for a few days, and the fizz did go away, but then it was super-poopy. :(

  12/4/15, 12:53 PM - Well don't give up on their wines.. they vary greatly.. their other Cab Franc is pretty clean in 13 and smooth.. and the Elizabeth's must be very bretty this year, the 12 was not.. the 13 Gamay is as well..
  I love the wines, but they can be all over the place..
  Kind of like Gideon B's wines.. sometimes the flaws go too far.. but at least they are very affordable.
