December 11, 2015 - I've had a few of the Dujac Monts-Luisants Blanc…but never the Bourgogne. Very little of this is made, maybe 3 barrels….and someone noted the fruit comes from the Poisots climate in MsD…but I couldn't find that? Anyone know for sure?? This is a big white…rich in minerals…little sulfur stank out of the gate…match strike…ripe melon, peach, baked apple, lemon, crushed minerals on the nose…..that palate is oily rich, but not too so, just noticeable…..the fruit is white peach, apple, pear, lemon….great intensity of chalky minerals, savory…..plenty of lemon citrus to liven…pretty florals of white flowers, lemon grass, honeycomb wax. Kind of reminds me of a Carillon Les Perrières, Leroy Aligote blend?? Very fun and tasty stuff here!

9/12/17, 11:08 AM - The 2012 is available from nywines.com - but they only had 24 bottles. There's very good info about the Dujac Bourgogne Blanc in this thread: https://www.wineberserkers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=122407 including some posts with background info by Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac.
