  December 18, 2015 - Ruby color- medium dark. Secondary/tertiary aromas- notes of anise, dill, leather, vanilla, mineral, along with boysenberry fruit. Richly layered red and dark fruit on the palate, with emerging sweet spice and earth, consistent with the nose. Medium-bodied, elegant, with medium acid and fine silky tannin, and a clean moderate finish. Very nice- ready to drink.
