  December 25, 2015 - Mostly clear, though more sediment than one might expect. Brilliant ruby colour.
  
  Clean, intense nose of red fruit, cherry, plum and vanilla.
  
  Medium+ acidity, strong but already well integrated tannins, Medium+ body of cherry, blackberry and plum. Strong finish with some animal notes. Very good quality.
