  January 1, 2016 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, strawberry and cedar. It's in total harmony and has flavours of coffee and cherry with a full body. Polished texture with a long finish - Decanted 8 hours this time. The wine is very young, hold next one for 7-10 years. Beautiful, velvet tannins.
